Returns
Parcels may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must remain in their original packaging and must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
Returned Orders
If a shipment is returned for a reason beyond our control and the customer requests that it be reshipped, additional shipping costs will apply.
Refunds
Because products may lose value during extended periods in transit and returned products are not restocked, returned orders may not qualify for a full refund.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
An administration fee of US$15 will be deducted from approved refunds.
